Parent-Teacher-Organization (PTO)

The PTO works together to enhance the quality of our children’s experience. This very active and energetic group sponsors numerous social events throughout the school year. Revenue is raised each year to provide additional support for improvements in facilities, programs, arts, athletics, and technology. All families are encouraged to join and become active in an exciting and ambitious group.

April 14 – The Magic of Shawn O’Brien – Jennifer Hepner (darla512@yahoo.com) -Mr. O’Brien is an award winning magician who has traveled the Eastern United States and Canada performing his magic. His career has included magic from the intimate close up to large stage illusions. He will be performing his magic April 14th from 3-4PM for a St. John’s Lutheran School fundraiser. Tickets are $10/adult, $7/child pre-sale or $15/adult, $10/child day of the performance.
April 28 – Dinner Theater for the Middle School “Annie” production (1/2 Proceeds to Bus Project)
April 29 – After Annie Celebration @ Baskin Robins/Dunkin’ Donuts on Peters Creek @ 4:30pm. Pick up your BR/DD Scrip cards from School Office ($10 increments – 4% goes to Bus Fund).
May 5- “Ladies Night Out” sponsored by the Fellowship Committee of St John’s Lutheran Church – Proceeds to the “Bus Project”
May 7 – 11 TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK! We LOVE our SJLS Teachers!
May 7 – PTO Meeting @ 6:45pm
May 8 – Qdoba Spirit Day (off Miller Street). ALL DAY – let them know you are with St John’s and 10-20% (depending on participation) of proceeds will go to “The Bus Project”. Use your Scrip cards and SJLS PTO gets and additional 7%. Scrip Cards available in School Office (increments of $25).
May 18 – Mother/Son Jamboree 6-8pm in the Family Life Center
